Refund and Returns Policy

Here at RoseAmi we want you to be entirely satisfied with each and every purchase from us. If you change your mind or are not satisfied and would like to return an item, you are able to do so within 14 days of delivery. Please include reasoning of return inside package. The item must return in its original condition and packaging.

Please always ensure any retuned goods are suitably packed to prevent damage on return.

Returning damaged goods

If you have took delivery of any damaged product please contact us within 48hrs of delivery so we are able to resolve. We do our very best to ensure safe, secure, and well packaged orders. Each order is documented when they leave our care.

Any refunds or exchanges will be paid within 5 days of receiving return items and inspections being completed. All refunds will be paid via the same method in which items were purchased by.

Please note we cannot accept returns after 14 days of delivery or earrings due to hygiene reasons.

The cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the customer and will only be refunded if item return is due to damage and in the correct time frame.
